Hieda Natasha Monarchy is a pre-loved maroquinerie house in Puchong, Selangor. We buy, consign, authenticate and restore luxury leather goods — and we do it in one place, so a piece never leaves our hands between the moment it arrives and the moment it is sold.

Everything on the floor has been through the same process. Nothing is listed on a photograph alone, and nothing is listed before it has been verified.

How a piece earns its papers

Authentication is the whole business. A pre-loved market only works if the buyer can stop wondering — so we treat verification as a gate, not a service add-on.

1. i.Intake and inspection The piece is received, photographed and examined by hand — hardware, stitching, lining, serial and date codes.
2. ii.Entrupy or LegitGrails Verification through the device or the service. A piece that does not pass does not reach the floor.
3. iii.The spa, where needed Cleaning, refurbishment or repair before listing, photographed before and after so the condition is never a surprise.
4. iv.Listed with its record Each piece carries its own lot number and certificate, available on request and stored against your account after purchase.

Two ways to part with a piece

Bring the bag in and we will value it with you. There are two routes, and which suits you depends on whether you would rather have the money now or the better price later.

1. i.Buyoff — we buy it outright We agree a price and pay you on the spot. The piece becomes ours; whatever it sells for afterwards is our risk, not yours.
2. ii.Consignment — we sell it for you We agree your asking price, authenticate and list the piece, and pay you when it sells. Members earn a higher share as their tier rises.

Either way, authentication, photography and any spa work are on us — there is no listing fee.
